Asset tag QR codes — print a whole inventory of labels at once

Export your asset list (serial numbers, inventory IDs, or links to asset records) to a spreadsheet, upload it, and print a sheet of QR tags with the human-readable ID under each code. Nothing is uploaded to a server, which matters when the list is internal.

Columns: url plus optional label. Download the example CSV

Download a sample CSV · Print label sheets at 100% scale (no "fit to page").

2 codes ready (max 1000). Generated in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Questions

Is this an asset management system?

No. It only makes the labels. Use it alongside a spreadsheet or your existing inventory tool.

Can my data stay private?

Yes. The CSV or Excel file is processed in your browser and is not uploaded.

Will the tags stop working?

No. Static codes contain the ID itself and don't depend on our site.

Can I print a sequence like 000001–000500?

Fill the IDs down in Excel or Google Sheets (type the first two, drag the fill handle), save as CSV, and upload.
