Restaurant table QR codes — one code per table, in one batch

List your table numbers and menu link in a spreadsheet, upload it, and get a QR code for every table with the table number printed underneath. The codes are static, so they keep working as long as your menu URL does — there is no subscription that can switch them off.

Columns: url plus optional label. Download the example CSV

Download a sample CSV · Print label sheets at 100% scale (no "fit to page").

2 codes ready (max 1000). Generated in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Questions

Can I change the menu later without reprinting?

Yes, as long as the code points to a URL you can update (e.g. yourdomain.com/menu). The code stores the URL itself, so edit what's at that URL rather than changing the URL.

Do these codes track scans?

No. They are static codes with no redirect server, so we can't count scans. Use analytics on your menu page (the table parameter helps) if you need numbers.

How many tables can I do at once?

Up to 1,000 rows per batch, which covers any restaurant.

Can I print them on sticker sheets?

Yes. Choose the PDF output and an Avery 5160/5163 or L7160/L7163 layout, or a plain A4/Letter grid for cutting.
