Terms of Service

The service

bulk-qr is a free, self-service tool that generates static QR codes in your browser. Codes encode exactly the text you provide. The site also offers free spreadsheet templates and a reseller fee calculator.

Check before you print

Always test-scan a printed proof and test-print label sheets on plain paper before a large print run. Label dimensions and printer alignment vary; we do not guarantee compatibility with any particular label stock or printer.

Templates, calculators and fee estimates

Spreadsheet templates and the fee calculator are provided for convenience. Marketplace fee rates are estimates that change over time and differ by account, category and country; verify them with each platform. Nothing on this site is tax, legal or accounting advice.

Digital products

The free LITE tracker may be used for your own business. Paid digital products (such as the full Reseller Inventory & QR Bin Label Kit) are sold through Payhip. Each purchase grants a licence to use, edit and print the files for one business; reselling, sharing or re-uploading the files is not allowed. Prices are shown on the product page before checkout, and payments are handled by Payhip, a third-party payment provider. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be honoured.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to create codes that link to illegal, harmful or deceptive content.

Liability

The free service and templates are provided "as is", without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for free features is limited to zero, and for paid products to the amount you paid.
